Here they do. One treatment coordinator holds your case from the first estimate to the last visit. One office manager runs both offices. And because the digital lab is in the building, the person designing your prosthesis is somebody you can be introduced to rather than a workshop in another state.

A dental laboratory is normally a separate business in a separate city. Impressions go out, weeks pass, a box comes back, and if the fit is wrong the whole cycle repeats.
This practice keeps the lab in the building, with a designer on staff. In practice that changes three things:
