Your Patient

What the patient you send here actually walks into.

Seasoned dental professionals, minimally invasive laser technology, and a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. The practice is set up around the assumption that a referred patient is arriving somewhere unfamiliar for something they are not looking forward to.

Practically, that means sedation is available where it is needed, the first appointment is a conversation and a scan rather than a procedure, and the case is explained in full before anything is agreed to.

Second opinions are free, which matters when you are sending a patient for confirmation rather than for treatment.

Capability

What can be handled without a second referral.

The whole chain sits in one building, so a complex case does not fragment across three practices and a laboratory in another state.

01

Diagnosis & planning

CBCT imaging and intraoral scanning on site, with the implant position planned on the scan before anything is placed.

02

Surgical

Extractions, bone grafting and computer-guided implant placement across six surgical suites, under sedation.

Oral surgery
03

Prosthetic

Design, milling and firing in the in-house digital laboratory, which is what removes weeks from a full-arch case and makes a remake days rather than a month.

04

Full-arch reconstruction

All-on-4 and fixed full-arch work, which is the case type most general practices refer out and the one this practice is built around.

Continuing Education

The Tysons Study Club.

Dr. Nahlah is the founder of the Tysons Study Club, a continuing education platform for dentists. It is the reason a good deal of the referral relationship here starts in a lecture room rather than with a patient.

Details of the current program are not published online. Ask when you get in touch, or when you refer.

Referring

How to refer a patient.

Call either office directly and ask for the referral coordinator. Records and imaging can be sent ahead so the patient is not scanned twice.
