Before You Come

What to bring, and what to expect.

  • Any existing treatment plan or quote. Second opinions on implant surgery are free
  • Recent imaging, if another practice has already scanned you
  • Your insurance details; most dental PPO plans are accepted and claims are filed for you
  • A list of medications, particularly if sedation is likely
  • Time. A first consultation includes an examination and a cone-beam scan
